Work In Progress-Bukit Merah Apartment

Akhirnya, dapat jugak aku menjejak kaki dalam sebuah ghumah that i can call my own.
This is what we call as our summer holiday home..heheh.

Actually, i purchase this house while i was stationed in Taiping-Penang, and since Bukit Merah was just along the way, it was a matter of time before i stop by to look around.


Tapi sekarang, sejak pindah ke KL semula it is kinda of a problem jugak untuk tengok-tengokkan umah ni. But, insyallah dengan careful planning certain people would be able to take care of it. What would i do with the house? Hmm...obviously it would be some sort of an investement(target asal masa beli memula tuh pun). Since the apartment is in Bukit Merah, i will be targeting people who would want to have a holiday in bukit merah and also for people going up north. Banyak benda yg ada kat bukit merah tuh, tapi i cannot talk much about it since i also have not explored the theme park. But, i'm sure there's a lot of things to see over there.

Few weeks back, i went to survey the place with Moq and settled all the necessary things, macam deposit elektrik, deposit air, beli perabot, beli itu beli ini...nasib baik ada satu makcik yg memang kerja situ yg telah banyak membantu carikan kedai untuk beli semua benda.

And the Tokei kedai perabot tuh pun kewl jugak. Bayangkan bila aku tanya nak bayar berapa dulu untuk lampu and perabot, dia bole kata berapa-berapa pun bole... Gila kat KL konfem tak dapat ah. It shows how different city tokei and village tokei does their business.


What i have now are only pictures of the place without the furniture but i have been informed that the things are in place. All it needs now is some personal touch.

Plan to take my family there first. Biarlah kitorang tido sana dulu, sebelum keluarga lain dan kawan-kawan. Nak sewa berapa? Ntah la...nanti aku survey market price kat sana.
Once the place is up and running, and organized will open for booking to the public.
